Tactical Systems is seeking a Senior Account Executive to help drive and manage sales efforts. The primary role of the Senior Account Executive will be to drive new business and support aggressive growth of our regions. The Senior Account Executive is responsible for both identifying and selling to new clients while continuing to develop and grow business with existing clients. The Senior Account Executive must be able to establish effective rapport with appropriate client executives to understand their needs and work with our Delivery Team to deliver accurate proposals for service.
Essential Skills:
- 3+ years in sales and/or marketing position.
- Professional services sales experience, preferably in software or high-tech industry.
- Experience selling to C-level executives in Fortune 1000 companies.
Experience orchestrating deal sizes from $100K to $1MM.

You need to have strong proven experience in SharePoint (MOSS 2007) and the surrounding technologies and also be able to provide an example of a full project life cycle and development methodologies. You must be able to work closely with clients to make sure that the delivery meets the business objectives.
You will have several years experience delivering solutions to a varied range of company sizes and verticals. You should have an excellent knowledge of SharePoint Infrastructure.
You will need to take a very 'hands on' role and will be working closely with a team of developers/consultants and on occasion contractors. You will need to develop and deliver high quality integrated solutions to clients. Senior Channel Partner Manager
Tactical Systems is seeking a Senior Channel Partner Manager for recruiting, enabling and generating revenue from 3rd party business partners. The Senior Channel Partner Manager is also responsible for developing and executing a territory business plan that will ensure revenue generation according to the assigned quota and the rapid acceleration of revenue in conjunction with business partners. The Senior Channel Partner Manager relies on field sales resources for the success of the plan so close relationships and excellent communication is required. This position reflects the continued commitment of senior management to grow the business with partners (channels) including Solution Partners, Implementation Partners and tactical OEM partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Incremental revenue with business partners. Incremental Revenue is revenue attained through a 3rd party without the involvement of field sales.
- Identify and recruit ISV partners who will benefit from embedding or otherwise deploy technologies within a combined solution or offering.
- Negotiate and complete the business terms between the two organizations. Business terms include pricing models, ordering processes, communication requirements and scope of the partnership.
- Develop business plans with new and/or existing business partners that establish a process where the two companies work together to generate Incremental Revenue.
- Provide partner candidates with product capabilities in a creative way where the partner sees the benefits to their own client base and their business plan.
- Work with other Channels, Sales, Marketing and Product personnel to achieve success in executing business plans.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with third party companies to achieve Leveraged revenue.
- Leveraged Revenue is the result of a field sales organization closing transactions where an assigned business partner influence or otherwise supported our efforts in a significant way.
- Collaborate with field and corporate marketing on programs to identify and recruit new partner organizations.
Essential Skills:
- 3-5 years experience working with VARs, ISVs, OEMs & Channel Partners.
- The ability to communicate how technology can be deployed in support of a 3rd parties existing or planned solution.
